Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Texas Prime Glass & Aluminum, LLC (“Texas Prime Glass & Aluminum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website or request a quote. We collect only what we need to respond to you and prepare accurate quotes, and we do not sell your personal information.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you use our contact or quote forms, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, company name (if any), and the description and specifications of your project. If you are a registered customer, you may also provide a customer number.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security, performance, and privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics. We do not use this to build advertising profiles.
Browser Storage
To keep you from losing a long quote in progress, our quote form may save your entries in your browser’s local storage on your own device. This is a convenience feature only — the data stays on your device, is not used for tracking, and is cleared once your request is submitted. Because it is strictly functional, it does not require a consent banner.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiries and prepare and follow up on quotes;
- Schedule and carry out the work you request;
- Maintain the security and reliability of our website; and
- Comply with our legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Form processing & email. Quote and contact submissions are processed by our technology partner, Sigma Technical Group, and delivered to us by email through Microsoft 365.
- Hosting & security. Our site is served and protected by Cloudflare.
- Customer accounts & invoicing. For registered customers, we may use Wave to manage accounts, estimates, and invoices.
- Legal. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data Retention
We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to respond to your request, perform the work, and meet our business and legal record-keeping needs, after which we delete or anonymize it.
Your Choices & Rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. Depending on where you live — including under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act and similar U.S. state laws — you may have additional rights. To make a request, email us at info@txprimeglass.com. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Children’s Privacy
Our website is intended for a general, business audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
